What have we done

The constitution is a restrictive document. It enumerates specific power of the FEDERAL GOVERNMENT. It places all other powers at the state level. This was done with great thought, debate and wisdoms. Over the last 75 to 100 years the master ( federal government ) has manipulated and stolen power from the states.

Individuals have bowed to the Master giving into the power grab for funds.

The judicial branch was to pass judication as directed and indicated in the constitution, nothing else.

Well they have not followed the founding fathers principles and have created policy but judication. The founding fathers were afraid of this.

At the time of writing the constitution they believed that the people and local jurisdiction along with the states would rise up if the constitution was superseded. When this happens the judicial branch would strictly interpret the founding document.

The left , that has succumbed to the master, placed liberal judges on the bench and ostensibly created law that does not exist.

If you are taking from the master. You have succumbed also. You rely on the master for you existence.

When the master sees fit you will receive nothing, who will you rely on then. Charity will be gone because you let the master tax the wealthy into oblivion. Job, nope same reason no jobs as wealth creates wealth. The master has seen to it that they have no more to give.

Ok how do we correct the slide to tyranny. Elect constitutionalist. Elect moral, virtuous individuals. Remove judges that do not follow the constitution. Impeach public officials that feed the master.

The closer the decisions are to home , the better. We can go and see the culprits directly.

Make the federal government a latrine body with term limits. To muck power and reciprocity are garnered over multiple terms.

Tocqueville writes. The master " covers the surface of society with a network of small complicated rules , minute and uniform, through which the most original minds and most energetic characters can not penetrate, to rise above the crowd. The will of man is not shattered , but softened, bent and guided. "

Paraphrasing Tocqueville, it compresses extinguishes, and stupefies people until the nation is reduced to nothing better than a flock of timid and industrious animals a the government is the Shepard


If all else fails take up arms.
