Well trained criminals

I just got an email telling me that car theft was easier and less damaging than ever. They just stroll by your car, get the vin number, go to the dealer, give them the vin number, tell them they lost their keys, go back to the car and unlock it and drive it away, no hot wire, no col um damage, no broken windows, no lurking at the car while steeling it, just looks like the owner getting in the car and driving away.... cover your vin number with black tape....
